| Crossroads Commerce Center is located at nexus of the two primary transportation routes in Central Pennsylvania. The project is at the actual intersection of and fronts on both Interstate 81 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76) in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Crossroads was a 50/50 joint venture between Equilibrium and Conewago Contractors, Inc. of Hanover, PA. Construction was completed in October 2001. Crossroads encompasses 500,000 square feet of Class-A warehouse/ distribution space constructed on a speculative basis on a lushly landscaped 37-acre site. This state-of-the-art tilt-up concrete building includes a 31’ clear height, ample parking, 140’ deep truck loading areas and generous trailer storage. Crossroads was sold to an industrial real estate investment trust in December 2002. |
