Equilibrium acquired 12.6 acres of land directly from Cando, the Hazleton industrial development authority and constructed a 180,000 square foot building on a build-to-suit basis for a national clothing manufacturer based in Los Angeles. The design includes features expected in a Class-A industrial building. Specifications include precast concrete construction with a 36’ foot clear height and ESFR sprinkler system. There is ample car parking and additional room for storing 46 trailers. The fully entitled site was sold to the customer in January 2021. Construction was completed in early 2022.
